The Role:

Responsibilities
- Framework Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automation frameworks using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests directly into Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI pipelines to ensure every deployment is verified.
- Test Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, API, and performance testing.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive debugging and root cause analysis to identify and resolve critical defects before release.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior QA members and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of quality engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on automation and test architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Java, or Ruby) and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Postman, SQL, and cloud testing environments.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
