Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Design and optimize database schemas for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins, Terraform, and ArgoCD
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps
- Implement robust security protocols and AWS best practices
- Drive performance optimization and system scalability initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in distributed systems and API design
- Proven experience with CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment
