Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive API security initiatives and performance optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct A/B tests and data-driven feature iterations
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure and serverless computing
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and database optimization
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest) and TDD principles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design contributions
