Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to ensure seamless ETL processes
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and growth opportunities
- Develop ad-hoc SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from cloud databases
- Collaborate with product teams to define analytics requirements and track product performance
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
