Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable server-side logic and high-performance client-side interfaces using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform high-fidelity mockups into fluid, responsive digital experiences.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Maintain high code quality standards through rigorous automated testing, documentation, and peer reviews.
- Mentor junior engineering talent and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in full-stack development within a high-growth tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Proven track record of deploying and managing applications on AWS, including Lambda and S3.
- Strong grasp of modern CSS techniques (Tailwind, Styled Components) and state management (Redux, Zustand).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
