Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Drive cloud cost reduction initiatives across AWS/GCP environments
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Champion DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud platforms
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record of architecting high-throughput APIs
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
