Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical, business, and executive teams
- Resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana workflows
- Performance tracking through KPIs and regular status reporting
- Process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity
- Vendor management and third-party coordination
- Team leadership and professional development of project staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 10+
