Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Lead architectural decisions for cloud-native AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming

- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with financial data systems or high-transaction APIs preferred
