- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining performance benchmarks
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using GitLab and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent NexusTech at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years)
- Expertise in Go and Python with demonstrated proficiency in AWS/GCP
- Proven track record building high-throughput REST APIs and event-driven architectures
- Strong background in Docker, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Experience leading agile development cycles using Scrum or Kanban
- Contributions to public GitHub repositories with 100+ stars
