Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Design RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for internal/external integrations
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and implement caching strategies
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze metrics to drive product improvements
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose architectural enhancements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
