Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Strong grasp of DevOps tools (Terraform, Docker, Jenkins)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Published contributions to major open-source projects
- Experience leading technical initiatives from conception to production
