Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and architectural decisions for new features
- Optimize system performance and resolve complex production issues
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech talks
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent-pending innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Strong background in testing (unit, integration, chaos engineering)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
