Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture using Go and Python
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Champion security best practices including SAST/DAST integration
- Contribute to open-source projects that align with our tech stack
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with cloud-native applications
- Expertise in at least two modern backend frameworks (Go, Python, Java)
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record leading complex projects from conception to production
- Strong experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
