Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize database queries and caching strategies for 99.99% uptime
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent novel solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh patterns
- Proven track record of mentoring senior engineers
- Strong background in performance optimization and security best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Contributions to major open-source projects preferred
