Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance backend microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and reliability through thorough code reviews and performance monitoring.
- Lead technical initiatives to improve infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers to foster professional growth.
- Contribute to long-term technical roadmap planning and architectural strategy.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system uptime and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Deep proficiency in Java, Go, or Python with a strong grasp of design patterns.
- Extensive experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize distributed bottlenecks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
