Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-performance, scalable distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior team members.
- Optimize application performance and reliability across the production stack.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and developer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks.
- Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
- Advanced proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Solid grasp of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
