Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement high-performance, scalable software architectures that can handle millions of requests with low latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical workshops, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
- DevOps: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Cloud: Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Containers: Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on scalability.
