- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP, reducing operational costs by 30%
- Build CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Jenkins to enable 50+ deployments weekly
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and security audits for production-critical services
- Champion DevOps best practices and observability with Prometheus/Grafana
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and tech talks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend/full-stack development with cloud-native systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ daily active users
- Strong background in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and SRE principles
- Experience with distributed databases (Cassandra, DynamoDB) and message queues (Kafka)
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience with algorithmic fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills with experience leading technical initiatives
