- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive performance optimizations reducing system latency by 40%+
- Champion DevOps best practices including infrastructure-as-code and monitoring
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent QuantumLeap at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and container orchestration
- Proven track record of shipping production systems handling 10K+ RPS
- Strong proficiency in Go/Python with experience in event-driven architectures
- Experience with ML deployment pipelines and model serving frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional agile environments
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications preferred
