Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architectures on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance using observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Drive CI/CD pipeline automation using GitLab and Terraform
- Lead technical sprint planning and architecture reviews
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record with Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh
- Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Experience leading technical projects with agile methodologies
- Strong background in data modeling and database optimization
