Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Python
- Lead cloud infrastructure modernization on AWS/GCP with Terraform
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system scalability for 10M+ daily API requests
- Champion DevOps excellence via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud-native architectures
- Deep experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Strong grasp of SRE principles and observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
