Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead API development with GraphQL and RESTful best practices
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for performance and cost
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent Nexus at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and IaC tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
