Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, low-latency microservices and distributed systems.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, DRY).
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and operations teams to define technical requirements and deliver features on time.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, reducing latency and improving throughput.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to the automation of deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a scalable environment.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
- Frontend Skills: Expert knowledge of React or Vue.js.
- Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
- Database Skills: Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
