Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions for high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and agile methodologies.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies during the development lifecycle.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and SQL optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).
