Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Lead design sessions for distributed systems handling 10K+ RPS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Conduct security audits and implement zero-trust architecture
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record building high-throughput financial systems
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
