Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and Kubernetes orchestration
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Drive DevOps excellence by integrating infrastructure-as-code practices
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Champion system reliability through observability and SRE principles
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production experience with distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
