Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent-pending fintech algorithms
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing for transaction security protocols
- Optimize database performance for 10M+ daily transactions
- Partner with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong OOP fundamentals
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification with Terraform infrastructure-as-code expertise
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade fintech applications
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Strong knowledge of security best practices (OWASP, OAuth 2.0)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
