Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead architectural decisions and drive technical strategy for complex features and services.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, with experience in React or TypeScript preferred.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong command of database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
