Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable microservices using Go and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance to ensure sub-millisecond latency for global users.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and collaborative pair programming sessions.
- Develop automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a cloud-native environment.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and long-term architectural strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Java, or Python and modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
