Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software reliability and deployment speed.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and bottlenecks within existing codebases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
