Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Architect cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming

- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with Go, Python, and gRPC frameworks
- AWS certification and hands-on experience with cloud-native services
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Demonstrable experience with container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
