Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Drive system reliability improvements with advanced monitoring and observability
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical community engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong algorithmic foundation
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade SaaS products
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design acumen
