Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Architect cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS with Terraform
- Optimize database performance and implement caching strategies
- Drive CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps excellence
- Contribute to product roadmap through technical feasibility analysis
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong background in distributed systems and API design
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficient in testing frameworks and TDD methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
