Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering team
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Own the full lifecycle of features from ideation to production monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years)
- Expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with demonstrated large-scale project experience
- Deep understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of shipping complex SaaS products in regulated industries
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across global teams
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and incident response
