Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Python and Go
- Lead technical initiatives for cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent TechNova at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Go
- Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade software at scale
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
