Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through pair programming
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Champion CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Terraform

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and database optimization (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
