Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of microservices using Node.js and React

- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming

- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade software development
