Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and technical design sessions to ensure high standards and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to maintain system health.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Go and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
