Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead technical planning for high-availability SaaS platforms serving 2M+ users
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment time by 40%
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ daily transactions
- Strong grasp of SRE principles and observability tools
- Experience leading agile teams and code review processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Contributions to public GitHub repositories (required)
