Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend services using Go and Python.
- Architect distributed systems to ensure 99.99% availability and ultra-low latency.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and establish industry-standard best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot intricate production bottlenecks at scale.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through rigorous code reviews and architectural workshops.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of professional experience building enterprise-grade software.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one major language (Go, Python, Java, or Rust).
- Proven track record of deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
- Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability frameworks.
