Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting for complex distributed systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or similar compiled languages
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
