Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through pair programming
- Research emerging cloud technologies (e.g., serverless, edge computing)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and AWS services
- Proven track record with container orchestration (Docker, K8s)
- Strong background in observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Published open-source contributions or patents a plus
