Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices across DevOps pipelines
- Optimize system performance through advanced profiling and A/B testing
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and proposing architectural improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating open-source contributions or large-scale projects
