Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Optimize system performance and security for high-throughput financial APIs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting for distributed systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go or Python with strong CS fundamentals
- Deep AWS/Azure infrastructure experience including EC2, S3, and Lambda
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with financial systems or high-security domains
- Strong grasp of REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture
