Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and sub-100ms latency
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Go and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and observability tools
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Contributions to open-source projects (GitHub profile required)
