Responsibilities

- Lead code reviews and architectural decisions for 15+ microservices
- Mentor 3-4 engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines reducing deployment time by 40%
- Champion DevOps best practices using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 50K+ developers
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in backend development with Java/Python/Go
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong grasp of AWS/GCP infrastructure and serverless computing
- Proven track record of mentoring senior engineers
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in performance optimization and debugging
