Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern architectures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust fixes and monitoring systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Masterās preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
