Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go, Python, and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Drive cloud migration projects on AWS with 99.99% SLA requirements
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Champion observability initiatives (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical blog posts
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ in cloud-native systems
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and distributed systems design
- Deep AWS/Azure architecture experience with certification (AWS Solutions Arch Pro preferred)
- Proven track record of leading production services with 7M+ users
- Strong background in event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and service mesh
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
