Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural discussions and make technical decisions that impact system performance and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
