Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 99.99% uptime
- Lead end-to-end feature development from conception to deployment
- Champion DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline automation
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with strong CS fundamentals
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and caching
- Proven track record of shipping large-scale web applications
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structures and algorithms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
